A learner link opens the Lesson Room as this learner with nothing to type, and can be withdrawn here at any time. Parents now get one family link for all their children, from the learner profile under Family and tutors.
Four numbers. With their learner code it opens AcademiaX on any phone, so a lost link is never a lost lesson.
A linked tutor sees this learner everywhere: My Learners, the room, attendance, marking.
The phone number is how a family is recognised: if another tutor already added this number, the child joins that family and one link covers all their children.
Shown once. It works for a year, so the parent can open it again from WhatsApp. Sending a new link withdraws this one; a phone that already opened it keeps working. The parent sees lessons, saved attendance, released marks and progress, never room codes or learner codes.
Everything this person taught is kept. Only their access ends.
